Dear Gary Kelly,
Just wanted you to know that I just recieved some compliments from Paula at Terwilliger Plaza. She was very impressed by our installers (Ed and Bernol) in every way! Paula went on and on about how hard it was for them to pull the old base out, and how thankful she was that they stayed late to finish, She also said that they were very polite, considerate, and cleaned up the area when they were finished working. Paula went on to say that the installers represented the company as a first class operation!
Receiving the phone call just confirned to me that we really do have the "BEST" in the business.
