Installing Continental Pro Series

Installing Continental Pro Series

Chemical Corner – Washington Automated

Chemical Signals220v ac – Located in panel on back of machine.  These washers use the different segments for the different signals.  (Use Posts X5-2àX5-6)

I.E. – Post X5-2 is for Prewash, Post X5-3 is for the Wash bath, Post X5-3 is for Bleach bath, etc.

Use the post labeled X5-1 for supply common (220v ac).

Pump Power - Continental does not supply terminals for pulling power for external pumps.  You will need to find another source of power when installing Continentals.

Delivery Tubing - should be fixed to the white fittings on the back of the machine.

Programming – Pro Series Washers come with the PM or Premier Microprocessor.  There are a few varieties of this controller, but they are all fairly similar and straight forward.  All Continentals use the segment style to programming.

I did a copy/paste from the Continental website below.

Find more information about these controls here: http://www.continentalgirbau.com/pro-seriesprogramming

Note:  You will need to sign up as a member to receive the manuals.
