Chemical Corner – Washington Automated

Chemical Signals – 220v ac (most models) – Located in panel on back of machine.  These washers use the different segments for the different signals.  The signals are the five screws/terminals located in back panel.  They have pictures for identification.

The signals are as follows (left to right): Common, Pre-Wash, Wash, Bleach, and Sour/Soft.

Pump Power – Continental does not supply terminals for pulling power for external pumps.  You will need to find another source of power when installing Continentals.

Programming – The M & E series washers are primarily sold with the "Logi" and "Inteli" controls.  All Continental machines use a segmented style to programming.  The Logi style controllers come with 8 formulas that can be altered in almost every way.  (Time, Temp, Action, Etc.)  The Inteli style controller is clearly Continentals most advanced programmer, and thus offers the Chemical Rep. the most versitility.

Logi Control

"Superior programmability means laundries can properly clean a variety of fabrics and load types depending on specific laundry needs.
