Chemical Signals – 24v ac – Located in panel on back of machine. Use post #13 for supply common to use 24v ac signals If you need greater than 24v ac signals – The machine can be wired to give up to 240v ac supply signals. Refer to the wiring diagram provided with the machine. Pump Power - Chemical pump power shall not be sourced from washer. Powering chemical pumps from the washer will void the washer warranty.
Programming - Keys are no longer needed to program. To enter programming mode: Hold- STOP, then BACK, then LCD. The new UniLinc software uses a segment style for programming. TV models come with 41 preprogrammed formulas. (Refer to programming manual.) You can change the formulas and/or the Names of the formulas. (Pg. 33 Prog. Manual) You can turn unused formulas “off”, so they cannot be used. (Pg. 33 Prog. Manual) TV’s have many Agitation types – Normal, Soak, Gentle, etc. (Pg. 38 Prog. Manual) You can turn off the Rapid Advance feature off. (Pg. 45 Prog. Manual) Goto: www.uni-linc.com for more info. Chemical Container – If you decide to not use the chemical cups located in the chemical container. (Direct to the wheel.) You should program a “wash-out” step after each chemical. I.E. – Wash out the container after your chemicals pump in. If you don’t wash out the container, the chemicals can mix inside the hose. This can degrade the hose. When the hose degrades, you will probably find black specks on the goods (hose pieces). (Sound familiar to anyone?) The hose will have to be replaced at this point. NOTE: Wash-Out steps should be used on ALL UniMac’s with the side chemical containers. Not just for the TV models. |
